Please list all bridesmaid names Please indicate the maid of honour, and any special relations (ie. sister, cousin). Please list all groomsmen names Please indicate the best man, and any special relations (ie. brother, cousin). Must Have Family Shots Please list must have family shots (I recommend up to 5-10 combinations. Please include names and relationships to you to help us gather the correct people on the day of. Potential Issues Are there any divorced or separated parents or other family situations that your photographer should know about? Any potential tension or issues that could arise? This helps to avoid any uncomfortable or awkward situations! Must Have Photos List 5-10 "must have" shots for the wedding, if any. Your Pinterest Wedding Board If you have a Pinterest board filled with wedding inspiration and examples of photos you love, I would love to see it! This helps me get an idea of what types of photos you like. If you do not have a Pinterest account, feel free to email me some examples at emma@blushphotos.ca How much time do you plan to allot for portraits of just the two of you? I recommend setting aside at least 30 minutes. Is there a particular location you would like to go to for wedding party/formal couple photos? I only recommend travelling to a location if there is at least 2 hours between the ceremony and reception. Feel free to contact me for suggestions! Are you planning to do a first look? If so, where? A first look is when you see each other before the ceremony, and the moment is captured by me! This is something I recommend if your ceremony leads directly into the reception, so that there is more time for photos. Though this is a very personal choice, so it is completely up to you! Would you like to do any sunset portraits? For these, we would just step away from the reception for 10 minutes or so to take advantage of the prettiest light of the day! Are there any surprises that you are planning? For example, a flash mob, sparkler exit, etc. Overall, what are your expectations of your wedding day photography? We will do our best to capture all the important details of the day, but are there any specific details or moments you want to make sure we are aware of?
